Located in the suburb of Ashwood, this development comprises 3 units of townhouses with 3 bedrooms, 2 separate lounges, generous private open spaces and double carports. It’s corner lot positioning presents opportunities for double frontage and views to Cleveland Road and High St Road.

The façade is in direct design response to the predominantly pitched roof character of the adjacent existing build forms, with a twist of modern re-interpretation. The façade is dominated by an array of white bricks and a recessed gable end, that reinforces the materiality and character of the neighbourhood character.
