The developers of 308 Exhibition Street, Melbourne commissioned R.S. Architecture to design a concept proposal for a mixed use tower and facade study for the site. The study looked at various built forms that is responsive to the site forces and factors, including consideration for pedestrian and vehicular movement, passive surveillance, segregation and integration of public / private domains, urban design, and sustainability.
