Extension and alteration to an existing 1930's brick veneer residence in Rosanna.

 

With the existing layout, the kitchen is located in between the Rumpus and the Living room, with access to backyard via the back of corridor between the Kitchen and Rumpus. The brief was to restructure the inefficient spatial relationship to achieve an open-plan layout that opens out to a large elevated decking space, with access from both the kitchen and the living space.
